Parents beat up principal over grades because its much easier to address your anger at a non-relative than to come down on the underperforming kid.
And they also said they beat him up for a recent cell phone ban at the school. Yeah, because kids really need to be talking on their phones all the time.
The principal of the school is not the one responsible for poor work and the resultant poor grades. Attacking him is like beating up the mailman for bringing you bills.
