A tragic accident that could have been avoided by having a parent closer by, by having a fence at the front of the yard, by any number of other mechanisms.

But now a two year old is dead, run over by a 71 year old woman who will be haunted by the accident for the rest of her life, I'm sure.

There is nothing but tragedy here.
