We've all been there, drunk, lonely, wandering around your old girlfriend's neighborhood at 4:30 in the morning and decide to drop in for a little hoochie coochie.

And then things go wrong when you (you being 24 year old True Hatch) decide that not her house is her house and proceed to start pounding on the glass patio door (remember, this is at 4:30 am). All the not-your-ex-girlfriends in the house wake up, assemble and try to tell the guy to stop. He does not, he proceeds to smash his way through the glass door and then the homeowner shoots him.

No booty and, probably, a fair bit of pain from a bullet. That is going to be one painful hangover.

Drunken booty calls are a bad idea under the best of circumstances but this one was well beyond the curve from stupid to straight up moronic.

#285 Cops, Don't Shoot the Fire Chief, Especially Not in Court

Fire chief shot by cop in Ark. court over tickets. Basically, there are too many cops in a small town of less than 200 people. The cops spend all their time giving out tickets and people are tired of the bullshit.

The Fire Chief was in court for the second time that day and got into an argument with one of the cops who, eventually, got so pissed off at the Fire Chief that he pulled out his gun and shot him. No, he didn't kill him (which is kind of crazy given how close they must have been) and, as a result, the police farce force has been temporarily suspended.

The whole thing is one giant ClusterWTF.

#242 Do Not Open Fire Without Cause

Few details in Salinas police shooting in which, during a routine stop, one of the cops thought he had been shot and so opened fire on the SUV. Another officer who'd arrived to back him up joined him and these two nimrods unloaded their guns.

The occupants of the SUV were unarmed and, luckily, unhurt in the barrage. Neither were arrested or cited either, that's nice. They get two trigger happy moron cops shooting at them for no reason and they don't get a ticket. I expect they are speaking with their lawyers about a monster case against these two idiot cops.

No word in the article about the cops being under investigation or even if they've been reassigned to desk duty pending an investigation.

Note to self, stay way the hell away from Salinas.
