This piece of shit is accused raping his own daughter, which is bad enough, but then he posted the video to the internet for his other sicko buddies to "enjoy".
He had been living in China which has no extradition treaty with the US but Hong Kong does and they nabbed him in the airport. He injured four Chinese cops while trying to escape because now he is aware that the time to pay from his crime is swiftly approaching.
