#437 Fourteen Year Old Girls Are NOT Bait

Not even a teacher, a teacher's aide convinced a scared then 14 year old to put her ass on the line, literally, so the school could try to catch a rapist.
TONEY, Alabama (CNN) — She says she didn’t want to do it, but was convinced by a teacher’s aide to act as bait to catch an accused sexual predator.
What happened next was horrific: The then-14-year-old girl says she was sodomized by a fellow student in a school bathroom.
I get it, we all watch detective shows and know how to set up a sting to catch the perp in the act. Only these were teenagers and the adults were school officials and the bait was a 14 year old girl who ended up being sodomized on campus.

And the rapist got away with it because the "trap" was set up poorly. And a 14 year old girl was horrifically violated twice, by her rapist and by the school officials that greenlighted this idiotic plan.

The victim is now 19 and finally able to speak out. Here is hoping she is able to get some justice and some peace of mind, I can't even begin to imagine how awful the last half decade of her life has been.

#373 There But for the Grace of Fortune Go Thee

Not homeless people. Yet.
Note, these are not homeless people, at least not yet, they are or were employees at the most aggressive foreclosure company in New York. They are dressed this way as some asshole thought a Homeless Halloween Party was a good idea. And someone else thought it was a good idea to get some good pictures of these disgusting jerks. Some similarly appalled person at the party forwarded the photos to the press and things got rather interesting for these distasteful party goers.

Well, it was with great pleasure that I read that Steven J. Baum's law firm is going belly up. Suck karmic teats, you haters! Awful Homelessness-Mocking Foreclosure Firm Closes

The oddest part is that the firm's principal, none other than Steven J. Baum himself, blames a columnist for having destroyed his company and putting people out on those very same streets with the very same people his ex-employees mocked so hideously. I'm sure Steven J. Baum is not going to be homeless anytime soon but there is a distinct tang of a karmic smackdown in the air, isn't there?

#325 Some Ideas are Just Plain Bad

N.J. corrections department to overhaul family programs after alleged incident at sex offender facility during a "family day" event. The accused had no one visiting him so he thought he'd go and mingle by "accidentally" brushing up against a 9 year old girl. He swears he just barely came into contact with her breasts but ANY contact counts as sexual assault when you're in a prison yard stuffed full of sexual freakazoids.

At some point, someone really needed to just come right out and say that this whole idea of family day at the sex offender facility is a bad, bad, bad idea. Like almost as bad as the Free Alcohol and Drugs Day at the rehab center.

#230 Remember the Streisand Effect

German Politician's Plan To Block Wikipedia Backfires... Badly

Basically a German official didn't like what was written about him on the German Wikipedia site. So, in an attempt to suppress the bad press, he sued to have it removed and drew about a thousand times as much attention to it than if he'd just shut the heck up.

The Streisand Effect refers to Barbara Streisand trying to stop photographers from taking and using images of her coastal property when they were putting together an entire photographic inventory of the west coast of the US. Her lawsuit was baseless, ridiculous and resulted in far, far more people looking at the images of her property than would have done so if she'd just kept her big stupid mouth shut.

#217 Do NOT Strip Search School Children

Girls strip-searched at Mich. school, parents say in an effort to find $42 that had been stolen.

The three seventh-grade girls were ordered to strip down to their underwear at Trinity Lutheran Monroe where the principal has been placed on leave and the teacher is being investigated.

Really now. Come on, folks! Its 2008, you should know way better than to ever think a a strip search is acceptable in a school. It is not, it will never be and I'm sure this mistake is going to cost the school one heck of a lot more than the $42.

#173 Don't Put Your Weed in There

Texas teens tell police they converted skull into bong which is kind of gross to begin with.

But they dug up the grave of an 11 year old boy who died a long time ago to convert his skull into a device to smoke dope in.

I'm thinking they've already had plenty of dope for this lifetime if they thought this was a good idea.

Of course, it could be worse, they could have dug up a corpse to have sex with. Then they'd be pedophilic necrophiliac dope smokers.

Rule #173 is Don't Put Your Weed in There especially if There is a little boy's skull
