John Charlie Deanda and his son, John Nicholas Deanda are pedophiles who engaged in long term systematic forced sexual battery on a girl under the age of 14.

And for that John Charlie Deanda is going to go to prison for six years. This is after a hearing to figure out if he was competent enough to stand trial. He was found competent but just barely which means he's dumb as dirt. Stands to reason his pedophle offspring is similarly dumb as dirt.

Now both are going to be in prison for what each of them did to a child. Who will undoubtedly be affected by their crimes for the rest of her life. I can only hope she is strong enough and has enough support to overcome and move beyond these two horrible, sick, and yes, stupid, assholes who used her like a sex doll.

#325 Some Ideas are Just Plain Bad

The accused had no one visiting him so he thought he'd go and mingle by "accidentally" brushing up against a 9 year old girl. He swears he just barely came into contact with her breasts but ANY contact counts as sexual assault when you're in a prison yard stuffed full of sexual freakazoids.

He did jail time in 2003 for an assault on a 7 year old and then somehow got out of prison and thought it would be a good idea to assault a TWO YEAR OLD in the Dollar Tree in Union City.

No really, I couldn't make this sick shit up if I tried.

"The 2-year-old victim in Wednesday's incident had been shopping with her aunt and grandmother, police said. The adults briefly became separated from the girl, and Ramos grabbed her, Musgrove said.
The girl's grandmother turned into an aisle and found the girl "pinned down by the suspect," Musgrove said. Ramos had removed the girl's pants and diaper and was sexually assaulting her, the lieutenant said.
Ramos ran, with the grandmother and aunt in pursuit, police said. Demario Hawkins, who was soliciting donations outside the store for a nonprofit that helps homeless people, and another man, Sammy Johnson, also gave chase, police said. The men tackled him."

My advice for Eugene? Pretty simple and straightforward: Kill yourself. End your disgusting, worthless excuse for a life now. Save your family any further shame for your depravity. Save the world any further harm from your depravity. Kill yourself or some nice inmate will do the job for you once they figure out what you're locked up for.
