Best best is to not get a loan from a place you can't actually enter, as in a building, online loaners are preying on need, greed and opportunity. Don't let them prey on you.
Rule #174 is Get Your Loan from a Reputable Company but I fully recognize the current economic situation precludes that goal from being a possible result. Just be careful and don't sign over any rights unless you know, for sure, that you're assets are covered.
