#219 Don't Complain If You Steal Empty Boxes

Store error leads to arrests when three men bought a laptop with stolen credit card information.

The store accidentally sent them out with an empty laptop box. When they went back in to complain loudly and being bilked of their "purchase" things got out of control. The cops were called and all three tried to run, flinging credit cards everywhere as they did.

They got caught, are facing fraud and theft charges and likely deportation too.

This story is reminiscent of the guy who called the police to complain after the sack of weed he bought was really oregano. If you participate in the black market economy then you have no police recourse. Suck it up and get back into the light if you want purchase guarantees.

Rule #219 is Don't Complain If You Steal Empty Boxes
