Cyclist says man in electric wheelchair chased her around Fort Pierce parking lot for three days Okay, first off, the headline and article are misleading. This assault did not take place for three straight days, it occurred over three consecutive days.
Which means that Harry Lee Gray pretty much wakes up and gets drunk every day.
Anyway, this grumpy old lazy drunk hassled a cyclist over three days culminating in bashing into her, knocking her off her bike and then slamming the bike on the ground (Gray is not wheel chair bound, he can walk for short periods when he's not staggering drunk).
No reason is given for Gray's rampant douchery aside from the fact that he's an alcoholic and looks like a real piece of work in his booking photo.
Gray should have also been arrested for DUI as well as the misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief charges (seems like pretty limp charges too).
