#118 Do Not Try To Pass Non-Existent Bills

Man with $1M bill busted at bank

Okay, you've gotta admire his hutzpah for trying to pass a totally fake (as in does not exist in the real world) million dollar bill. But he did it at a bank where they tend to know a thing or two about monetary denominations.

Just because you can photoshop a reasonable fake together on your computer doesn't mean that a bank isn't going to immediately recognize it as a fake.

But I like that Alexander D. Smith got belligerent with the teller and staff at the bank when they refused to open an account with his million dollar deposit. That takes a big old set of cajones. Which he'll need while he serves a prison sentence for double forgery since he stole some checks to buy a couple of cartons of cigarettes.

Rule #118 is Do Not Try to Pass Non-Existent Bills
