#382 Even Small Amounts of Power are Too Much for Some People

Newborn Seized in Hospital by Police, Social Worker and then has the new mother ejected from the hospital. This story is chock full of WTF? with a power trip on the side slathered in misinformation, misdirection and lies.
among the issues in the case: social service workers who called police when a new mother wanted tests before authorizing shots for her child, a hospital that ejected the new mom from its property over the issue, a social service “investigation” into the birth, and others.
How dare the new mother ask to know what they were planning to inject into her new baby! I mean, really, did that new mother go to medical school and all that? How dare she! The story is bizarre and sad and offensive and, very likely, illegal what the hospital and it's staff did to her in the wake of her just having giving birth. In the end, the new parents had to camp out in their car nearby so the new mom could breastfeed her daughter every three hours until the hospital allowed them to take their daughter home (assumed as it is not included in the article). I hope the new parents find a lawyer and sue the hospital and the government social worker named Angelica Lopez-Heagy who went well out of her way to ruin what is supposed to be a happy and exciting time of the birth of their daughter. Rule #382 is Even Small Amounts of Power are Too Much for Some People
