Surfer, attorney arrested for allegedly vandalizing standup paddler's vehicle

This was the third time that the SUPer's car had been vandalized and, after #2, a camera was installed on the car to try and catch the jackass.

The jackass is.....drumroll......a 62 year surfing lawyer by the name of Donald Warren Darst. Damage is estimated at $3000 for the latest incident, several deep 6 to 8 inch scratches along one side.

Let's be candid here, keying someone's car is about the most chicken-shit fucking cowardly ass way to "get back" at someone. I'm glad this idiot lawyer got caught.

This isn't an isolated incident, Donald clearly has a pattern of rage issues that is actually the issue here. I'd be very surprised if there weren't other "rage flowers" like this blossoming in his life.

Appears that Donald may be mostly retired but I'm guessing he'll be representing himself in court. I look forward to hearing his totally rational justifications for gouging someone else's car over what happens out on the water.
